    CHRIS COLEMAN INTERVIEW

       Chris Coleman interview

CHRIS COLEMAN DISCUSSES LIFE IN CHINA, THE MEMORABLE WELSH EURO 2016 TOURNAMENT AND ANSWERS THE QUESTIONS YOU HAVE  ALWAYS WANTED TO KNOW

In collaboration with Switchbox TV's, 'The Old Footballers Club', Coleman explains what the eye-opening experience of coaching in Beijing was really like for him and his family.  He outlined how he found the whole experience to be extremely exciting, but equally terrifying.

"If you want to do a job properly then you have to throw yourself into it. You cannot expect to go anywhere and then expect everybody to change for you. You have to understand the environment you are in and the ways of those people. You have to accept that and somehow try to get all of your ways across to them. They are not going to change for you"
    , he stated.

Coleman provided a glimpse as to what it was like to beat Belgium in the quarter-finals of the 2016 Euros.  He highlighted the pressures Wales faced from the media to secure a win and claim victory. Also explaining what it was like when the team did not deliver.

"Even if you dreamt it up I don't think you could better it. Except if we got to the final of course. When you win as a manager it is relief. There are not many nights when I have celebrated…that night I did celebrate. It was an experience you would never forget", he emphasised.

During the second part of the interview, Coleman took the time to divulge in a set of light-hearted; yet exposing questions. The questions exposed the best player he ever played with, the best manager he worked under, the best spell of his managerial career and his biggest regret.

As well as unveiling if he would ever consider managing Wales again, Coleman offered his opinion on whether or not Gareth Bale would ever come back to the Premier League.
