James Graham (Everton - defender) & Gethin Jones (Everton - defender)Â Will be playing in the play-off final after a 1-0 win over Spurs. Â Everton will face Manchester City in the final. Â
Tom James (Cardiff City - defender) Made his senior debut as a second half sub as Cardiff City bowed out of the Premier League with a 2-1 defeat to Chelsea. Â James signed his professional contract last month.
Callum Harris (Unattached - midfielder) Will
spend the next period of his career with the Nike Academy as he looks
to find another club following his release from Blackburn. Â The Nike
Academy is made up of U20 unsigned professionals with the aim of helping
them find new clubs. Â The programme is based at Loughborough and the
head coach is former Cardiff City striker Jimmy Gilligan.Â
Daniel Gosset (Oldham - defender) Will not be adding to last seasons first team experience after being released by manager Lee Johnson. Â The young defender has been on loan at Stockport County this season. Â
Jack Nardiello (Stoke City - striker) Made his long awaited comeback from a back injury with 15 minutes and an assist against Leicester City in a friendly. Â
Liam O'Neil (WBA - defender) Was an unused sub as the Baggies lost 2-0 to Sunderland. Â O'Neil has been involved with the match day squads on several occasions this season, but has yet to earn an international call up. Â

Aaron Oakley (Swindon - defender) Has been released following 11 years at Swindon Town. Â The Wales youth international has spent a large period of the season on loan at Chippenham Town. Â
Billy O'Brien (Man City - goalkeeper) And his fellow U18 team mates booked their spot in the play-off final with a 2-1 win over West Ham.
Josh Rees (Nottingham Forest - midfielder) Made his debut for Forest last week as they finished the season with 2-1 defeat to Brighton. Â The former Arsenal academy midfielder stepped off the bench after 76 minutes. Â
Tyler Roberts (WBA - striker) Made his U18 debut and scored as the U18s beat Fulham 4-1. Â The Wales U16 captain has been linked to Liverpool over the past few weeks also picked up two assists. Â
Josh Pritchard (Fulham - midfielder)Â Is on loan at FC Honka of Finland as he continues his senior development. Â Pritchard will stay on loan until the 31st of May and scored his first goal for the club today against FC Lahti. Â His new side are managed by former Fulham striker Shefki Kuqi.
Mason Spence (Colchester - defender) Will be another Wales youth international looking for a new club following his release from Colchester Utd. Â Spence has been finished the season playing for St Neots Town. Â
Declan Weeks (Wolves - defender) Won the club academy player of the year at the clubs awards dinner. Â The season may not be over for the young defender as Wales' U19s travel to Portugal for their UEFA Elite round fixtures with the host nation, Belgium and Spain. Â
George Williams (Fulham - striker) Was an unused sub after a surprise call up to the first team as they drew 2-2 Crystal Palace at Craven Cottage.Â
Luke Williams (Aldershot - goalkeeper) Has been released by the Shots and will look for a new club over the summer. Â Williams is on the Wales U19 standby list for the UEFA Elite qualifiers.Â
