    Weekly update - Friday 21st Sept

    Wes Burns (Bristol City - midfielder) & Aaaron Amadi-Holloway (Bristol City - defender/midfielder/striker) Started as the U21's beat Swansea City 2-1 on Monday evening.  Burns also had a goal ruled out for offside. 

    Jake Cassidy (Wolves/Tranmere - striker) Scored his fifth goal of the season as he followed up on a spilled ball to score his sides third in a 3-0 win against Bury.
     
    Luke Chambers (Southend Utd - goalkeeper) Has gone on loan to Bishops Stortford to gain some experience in the Blue Square North.  Chambers signed a two year professional contract in the summer. 

    David Cornell (Swansea City - goalkeeper) Has signed a new three year contract at The Liberty.  The Wales U21 international was in the last year of his contract. "I'm very happy to have signed a new contract.  It gives me stability as i have the next three years to continue to progress."

    Emyr Huws (Man City - midfielder) Capped off a fine performance with a goal as City beat Fenerbahce 3-1 in the Next Gen series.  The Wales U21 international set off on a mazy run before firing a deflected shot past the keeper.

    Jack Nardiello (Stoke City - striker) Scored for the U18's ast they beat Spurs 2-1 last Saturday.  He was joined in the starting XI by Curtis Strong (Stoke City - defender) who returned after international duty.  Nardiello also started for the U21's as they lost 7-2 to the same opponents on Monday.

    Elliot Parish (Cardiff City - goalkeeper) Has joined Wycombe on an emergency short term loan after the club suffered a series of injuries. 


    Sanchez Watt (Arsenal - striker) Tapped in from four yards as the U21's drew 1-1 with Norwich this week.

    George Williams (Fulham - striker) Kept up his early season form with a goal as the U18's ran rampant against Middlesbrough.  The Cottagers running out 5-1 winners.

    James Wilson (Bristol City - defender) Made his first start of the season as City travelled to Peterborough Utd on Tuesday evening.  City ran out 2-1 winners.
