Jake Eyre (Sheffield Utd - striker) Scored the opener as the U21's beat local rivals Huddersfield 2-1.  Eyre was joined in the starting XI by Ioan Evans (Sheffield Utd - defender) who was singled out for praise by coach Chris Morgan.
"Everyone contributed but I must give a mention to the two young central defenders, Julian Banton and Ioan Evans, who did a great job against Harry Bunn and Jon Stead, who, of course, played with us in the Premiership year."

Jordan Evans (Fulham - defender) & George Williams (Fulham - striker) Are through to the next round of the FA Youth Cup after beating a Huddersfield side that had Jake Charles (Huddersfield - striker) in the starting line up.  The Cottagers are now through to the semi-finals.

Gethin Jones (Everton - defender) Slotted home from the spot as the U18's came from behind to beat Boro 3-1. Jones, who skippered the side stepped up to stroke home the equaliser as the young Blues stormed back to claim all three points.

James Loveridge (Swansea City - striker) Has joined MK Don's on a month's loan and will be eligible to face Stevenage at the weekend.
“It’s his first loan spell away and he needs to adjust from under-21s football to men’s football. But, he wants to get better and we’re excited at the prospect of working with him.” Karl Robinson, MK Dons manager

Liam O'Neil (WBA - defender) Made his Premier League debut for the Baggies in their crucial away win at Swansea City.  O'Neil was introduced in the 89th minute of the 2-1 win.
It was amazing, I don’t know whether to cry or laugh, it was unbelievable.  I only got on for a short while but it is every young players dream.  It was nerve-racking but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do."

Josh Sheehan (Swansea City - midfielder) Scored a wonder goal for the youth team as they beat Cardiff City 3-1 in the Welsh Cup.  The young midfielder has had quite a few weeks after being called up to train with Chris Coleman's squad ahead of the game against Iceland.

George Thomas (Coventry - striker) Tapped home a rebound as the U18's beat Nottingham Forest 3-1 last weekend.  Thomas has been selected in the Wales U17 squad to face Spain, Russia and Switzerland in the UEFA Elite Round at the end of the month.

Billy Waters (Crewe - midfielder) Was once again in the spotlight as the U21's rallied to claim a point against Coventry.  Waters struck late to claim a point for the Railwaymen.
