Gareth Bale to see out his contract with Real Madrid
Regardless of the little game time, he has been receiving with the Los Blancos, reports have it that Wales International Gareth Bale still has no plans of leaving Real Madrid as he wishes to run down the remainder of his contract with the club.
The Welshman caught all media's attention with his attitude of showing he doesn't care for the club anymore in the recent weeks, from trying to sleep on the bench while a match is being played to playing golf after excusing himself from traveling to Etihad Stadium for the Champions League against Premier League club Manchester City. Despite all that, the Welshman still wishes to remain at the club.
According to the report coming from The Sun, Bale plans to run down the two years remaining on his contract with the Santiago Bernabeu outfit, which is reported to see him pocket up to £60 million thanks to the pay packets and add ons in his contract.
The report further claims that the Wales winger is taking this medium to get at the club after blocking his move to China last summer, on these btts tips that were offered to punters regarding the transfer. After being frustrated over his lack of game time with the club, Bale was determined to part ways with the Spanish giants and sign for Chinese Super League outfit Jiangsu Suning in a €22 million-a-year deal, but the deal was interrupted by Real Madrid in the last minute, this happened in 2019.

Following that incident, reports have it that the Welshman still hasn't gotten over the fact that the Spanish giants forfeit the deal and are yet to forgive them for it and he is willing to see out the remainder of his contract even if it means he won't be playing on the pitch.
The other option that could see the Wales International part ways with the club earlier is if Madrid decided to pay up his contract in full, which is highly unlikely to happen.
Ever since signing for Real Madrid from English club Tottenham Hotspur back in a then-world-record move in the summer of 2013, Bale has been able to score 105 goals and further providing 68 assists for the Spanish club, who he lifted 13 trophies including two La Liga, one Copa Del Rey, one Spanish Super Cup, four UEFA Champions League, two UEFA Super Cup, and three FIFA Club World Cup. Yet, his relationship with the club can be regarded as a passing relationship.

In other news, Real Madrid have seen Alphone Areola return to his parent club Paris Saint-Germain after seeing out the end of his season-long loan deal with the club.
