Wales have been drawn in Group 7 alongside Denmark, Portgual and Albania. Portugal to host the mini-tournament.
Wales are in Pot B for the UEFA U19 2014/15 championship draw on Thursday.
Draw for the 2014/15 qualifying round
Seven nations will join hosts Greece in the final tournament. Top seeds Spain have been given a bye to the elite round.
In all 13 groups will be formed. The top two in each group along with the team with the best record against the leading pair will join Spain in the elite round in spring 2015.
