Rob Page backroom staff
Rob Page has confirmed the backroom staff ahead of the Euro 2024 qualifying campaign.
Manchester United’s First team coach, Welshman Eric Ramsay will be Page's Assistant Coach, he will currently combine the role with his current work.
Welshman Nick Davies will also be joining the setup as new Head of Performance, he currently works at West Ham United.
"Nick and Eric will be two great additions to our staff. Nick has a wealth of experience having been involved in top clubs and Eric is arguably one of the best young coaches in football at this moment in time. The changes give us an opportunity to build on our success, by drip feeding new players into the squad at the right times. Hopefully in the next twelve months we’ll then have the next batch of players to represent Wales at the top level.” - Rob Page
“Having grown up in Llanfyllin, I’m incredibly excited to be joining the Welsh setup. There’s so much excitement around the National Team and its recent success, it’s a great time to be joining. With the squad having gone through a slight transition it feels like a new beginning. I’ve already had some good conversations with Rob and Alan Knill, so I think the ingredients are there for it to be an exciting time.” – Eric Ramsay
“As a proud Welshman it’s been fantastic to see the recent transformation and success in the National Team. From the first moment of speaking to Rob it was an easy sell, it didn’t take a lot of convincing for me to take the role. I wish the camp was starting tomorrow, the national anthem gives me a tingle on the back of the neck, and I can’t wait to meet the players, bring my expertise to the party and get involved.” – Nick Davies
