Will Abbotts (Bolton - striker) Picked up an assist for his sides first goal as the U18's recorded a memorable 2-1 win against Man Utd on Tuesday afternoon.  Abbotts played 90 minutes.

Wes Burns (Bristol City - midfider) & Tom Fry (Bristol City - midfielder) Both scored as the U21's brushed aside Millwall 4-0 at the training ground.  Burns who has been picking up senior game time from the bench scored after dispossessing his opponent 20 yards from goal before tucking his shot neatly inside the post.  Fry, who had replaced Burns made quite an impression - scoring his sides third with a rifled effort past the keeper.  Tom Bender (Millwall - defender) played 80 minutes for the Lions.

Chris Dawson (Leeds - midfielder) Has the honour of skippering a Leeds XI this week as they beat neighbours Hull City 5-2 at their Thorp Arch training ground.  Dawson seems to be fully fit for the first time in a while and could well find himself back in the Wales U21 set up when the qualifier with England comes along at the start of March.

Paul Dummett (Newcastle - defender) Was on the bench as the Geordies travelled to Norfolk to face Norwich in midweek.  Dummett was an unused sub in the 0-0 stalemate.

Connor Evans (Bristol City - midfielder) Has signed his first professional contract at Ashton Gate.  His new contract is reward for impressive performances at U18 and U21 level.

Elliott Hewitt (Ipswich - defender) Can stay on loan at Gillingham to gain valuable game time according to Ipswich manager Mick McCarthy.  The Wales U21 international has impressed on loan at Priestfield and McCarthy is keen for the former Macclesfield full back to get a run of games.

"Elliott needs to play games, he needs to see out the rest of the season playing another 20 matches.  Then we will see his true mettle."

Jordan Holt (Unattached - defender) Has joined Gateshead after leaving Notts County last month.  Holt, who had been offered a contract extension by Notts County was due to join Port Vale before the deal fell through.  He has now joined Gateshead until the end of the season.

Emyr Huws (Man City - midfielder) Was back with the development side as they faced rivals Utd away on Monday night.  Huws playing as the anchor in midfield played 90 minutes in the 2-1 win.  Huws has this week joined Birmingham City on an initial one month loan.

Lloyd Isgrove (Southampton - midfielder) Once again made the senior bench as Southampton welcomed Arsenal to St Mary's.  Isgrove was an unused sub in the 2-2 draw.

Declan John (Cardiff City - defender) Started at Old Trafford as manager Ole Gunnar Solskjear made some changes for his return to Manchester.  John played 90 minutes in his sides 2-0 defeat.

Lee Lucas (Swansea City – midfielder) Will gain valuable experience on loan at Cheltenham Town over the next month.  The Wales U21 international has been watched by manager Mark Yates over the past few months, and will now look to get some starts under his belt.

Aaron Oakley (Swindon - defender) Is currently enjoying a loan spell at Chippenham Town after recovering from injury.  Oakley played 90 minutes in his sides 2-1 win over Weymouth.  Town's manager Mark Collier is looking to extend the central defenders stay.

George Thomas (Coventry - striker) Made his Sky Blues senior debut this week at the age of 16 years of age.  Thomas was replaced at half time after an encouraging debut as Coventry went on to concede two second half goals.

Declan Weeks (Wolves - midfielder) Scored direct from a corner as the u18's beat neighbours Aston Villa 4-3 last weekend.  Weeks also skippered the side.

James Wilson (Bristol City – defender)
Has joined Oldham after negotiating a release from Bristol City.  Wilson will join the Latics until the end of the season with a possible extension after that.
